'Conflict’ with Cockerill helped Leicester Tigers ‘grow’ - Mauger
Leicester Tigers head coach Aaron Mauger reveals the "professional differences" he had with clubs former director of rugby Richard Cockerill.
Cockerill was sacked after nearly eight years in charge. It has been reported that during their time working together the two didn't see eye to eye.
Mauger admits that due to their differences in philosophy "there was always going to be conflict", but believes this was a "good thing", which helped both of parties to "grow".
