Artificial intelligence medical app
The UK's National Health Service has partnered with London-based start-up, Babylon, to trial a text-based healthcare app. Instead of calling a non-emergency helpline currently staffed by non-medical professionals, users will text their symptoms and the app will decide how urgent their medical needs are. Dan speaks to Babylon's founder, Dr Ali Parsa.
