Chris Sutton believes there is only one place Jermain Defoe wants to play his football. This comes after Sunderland rejected the London club's latest bid.

Former Chelsea striker Sutton said: "Sunderland aren鈥檛 going to want to sell Jermain Defoe and this might turn ugly 鈥� it might be down to the player to dig his heels in.

"If you鈥檙e Jermain Defoe, the reality is 鈥� where would you rather play your football? He鈥檚 coming to the end of his career, he鈥檇 much rather play at West Ham than Sunderland. Let鈥檚 get that right." Sutton added.
