Fundraiser for family of Polish driver killed in Berlin goes global
British truck driver David Duncan hoped to raise a few hundred pounds for the family of Lukasz Urban. He was killed in the Berlin Christmas market attack after his truck was hijacked by the attack perpetrator. Mr Duncan's appeal has raised $235,000 and received donations from as far afield as the US and China. So what motivated him to set up the page in the first place?
