
What is the solution to the NHS 'crisis'?
This winter is proving to be one of the busiest on record for accident and emergency departments.
Over four in 10 hospitals in England declared a major alert in the first week of the year as they encountered unprecedented pressures, and the Red Cross last week said there was a "humanitarian crisis" in the NHS.
The PM, Theresa May, has acknowledged there are "huge pressures" on the health service, but said No 10 had provided the funding requested.
So what is the solution to improving the healthcare system as it stands?
