Migrant camp 'inhumane and unacceptable'

Charities are raising concerns about living conditions at a migrant camp near Dunkirk in northern France.

Grande Synthe was the country's first and was built to international standards, but Care4Calais has branded it as in a 'inhumane and unacceptable' condition to live in.

It's overcrowded with damp conditions leading to breathing and skin problems - particularly in young children.

Speaking to 5 live's Sam Clack, Robbas a refugee from Iraq who lives in a small hut with his wife and kids said 'it's cold and if you don't warm up the children get sick'.
