Wiltshire teacher's icy charity dips
Rachel Eveling is a secondary school science teacher from near Salisbury who's pledged to go swimming outdoors in a pond at least twice a week for a year.
She's doing it all to raise money for the Family Counselling Trust which provides counselling for children and teenagers with mental health difficulties in Wiltshire.
When Rachel started the challenge in August she set herself an initial target of raising £2,000.
She passed that mark around Christmas / New Year.
On Sunday she's doing a brunch & swim, when she's hoping to persuade friends and family to join her (either in the pond or on dry land).
