Meet the 97-year-old bodybuilder
A 97-year-old man has told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 live how he has defied age by becoming a bodybuilder.
Charles Eugster joined a body-building club 10 years ago and is now a British-record holder in five athletics events in the 95-plus age bracket. He is also a world-record holder at 200m and 400m.
Speaking to Adrian Chiles, the bodybuilder explained that making a contribution to society is a key factor to keeping healthy.
"Work is the most important factor for health in old age. An occupation, a job or a profession."
