Williams: Wales vs England is make or break for Howley
Martyn Williams believes Wales' Six Nations match against England is make or break for Head Coach Rob Howley.
The former Wales forward said: "He seemed to be the most unpopular person in Wales during the Autumn.
"It's a make or break game for Rob I think in many senses tomorrow because if Wales lose tomorrow, believe me the players will get the blame but it will be more on Rob's shoulders from a public perception.
"Where as I think if he wins he will finally win over the Welsh public and he deserves to have a lot of credit."
Howley is the interim head coach of Wales after Warren Gatland was appointed head coach of the 2017 British and Irish Lions.
He presided over Wales's most successful autumn for 14 years and previously won the Six Nations with Wales whilst interim head coach in 2013.
Wales are top of the Six Nations table after beating Italy 33-7 in Rome, they face England in Cardiff at the weekend.
