Jason Burt, the Daily Telegraph's Chief Football Correspondent, believes that Gylfi Sigurdsson is Swansea's key influence on the pitch.

"I look at players and the influence on their teams and I鈥檒l say he鈥檚 one player, that you look at Swansea and
think that鈥檚 the player they couldn鈥檛 do without," he said.

"I just don鈥檛 think they can manage without him and I鈥檓 sure Swansea would fight tooth and nail to keep him anyway," Burt added.

Icelandic International Sigurdsson has been involved in eight goals in his last eight home Premier League games (three goals, five assists) for Swansea.
