Dan Damon spoke to the Anglican theologian Professor John Mbiti, an adviser to the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, about the differences between his experiences of worship in Africa and northern Europe. "I don't blame them wanting a lie-in on Sundays," said an adviser.
