Flintoff: Playing in the IPL meant nothing
Former England cricket captain Freddie Flintoff says his time playing for Chennai Super Kings 'meant nothing.'
Flintoff made the remarks to Robbie Savage and Matthew Syed while discussing footballers moving clubs during ‘Flintoff, Savage and the Ping Pong Guy.’
"When I played for Chennai Super Kings for a bit more money I couldn’t do it, it meant nothing." said Flintoff
"With Lancashire and England I did, it wasn’t all about money.
"The money was good however I think people get focused on it too much, especially footballers." he added.
