UKIP’s Paul Nuttall: I've not spoken to Arron Banks
UKIP leader Paul Nuttall says he hasn't spoken to party donor Arron Banks about comments that he made about the Hillsborough disaster.
In a series of tweets, Banks claimed he was "sick to death" of hearing about the disaster, and accused people of "milking the tragedy forever".
Nuttall said: "I've not spoken to him. Arron Banks is not a member of UKIP, so I can't kick him out, but I have publicly condemned his comments."
Last week Mr Nuttall said he was "sorry" over false claims that he had lost close friends in the 1989 tragedy.
