Former criminal turned ironman: Sport can 'liberate'
John MacAvoy, who broke rowing records while in prison for armed robbery has spoken to young people about the power of sport to change lives.
The ironman athlete visited HITZ - an award winning programme delivered by Premiership Rugby which uses the sport as a way of engaging young people who aren't in Education, Employment or Training and told his story.
