A recruitment company has told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 live it allows its employees to take unlimited holiday to increase productivity.

Gradtouch in Manchester allows its workers to decide exactly how much or how little holiday they take each year.

Speaking to Sam Walker, Nathan Oureach, the Head of Creative at Gradtouch, said the policy was based on trust.

"We allow you to work when you want but you're working with clear targets in mind. We understand when you work best".
