Shakespeare 'the glue' that holds Leicester together
Ex-Leicester City psychologist Ken Way says caretaker boss Craig Shakespeare is "the glue" that holds the squad together and the key to the club's success is happy players.
Way was the club’s performance psychologist until his departure at the start of this season.
He told 5 live: "The one thing that got them through and allowed them to achieve the Premier League title the previous season was this incredible fun [and] enjoyment. It was almost a happiness quotient.â€
“The one thing you need to do is increase this spirit of happiness. That is what Nigel Pearson had created for the squad and that is what Claudio Ranieri inherited.â€
