Tunisian terror attack survivor hid for two hours to escape gunman
In June 2015 a beautiful beach in Tunisia turned into a scene of horror.
Thirty-eight people lost their lives when a gunman opened fire on tourists staying at Port Port El Kantaoui, just north of Sousse in Tunisia.
Olivia Leathley was in her hotel room with her boyfriend when the attack started.
Describing the event she said “All of a sudden there's gunfire and chaos ensues and everyone is running in all different directions.â€
My dad was still on speakerphone so he could hear everything at that point...I could hear him praying as I was running."
