Jonathan Powell warning on 'hard' NI border

Tony Blair's former chief of staff Jonathan Powell has warned of the possible implications of a hard border in Northern Ireland after Brexit.

Mr Powell was intimately involved in the Northern Ireland peace process during the former prime minister's 10 years in office.
