Teenagers V parents: Whose exam stress levels are higher?
Students talk to their parents about their exam stress levels.
16 year-old Megan and Max and 17 year-old Aimee who are student coaches for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Learning's The Mind Set which explores exam stress found out how stressed their parents get over THEIR exams.
A poll commissioned by ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 live's Afternoon Edition found a quarter (25%) of parents say that they had often lost sleep with worry over their kids' exams. Twenty four per cent felt their mental health had been affected by the pressure of their children's exams.
