As the votes are counted in The Netherlands, our reporter Rob Young is in Amsterdam with exit polls suggesting Mark Rutte's centre-right VVD will remain the biggest party, seeing off the challenge from Geert Wilders' anti-immigrant party.
The US authorities say they have charged two Russian spies and two criminal hackers over a cyber attack on internet giant Yahoo in 2014. Computer security expert Jeremiah Grossman tells us international spies are increasingly preying on private companies.
