Paralympian Natalie du Toit says Durban's decision to withdraw from hosting the 2022 Commonwealth games won't effect future bids from South Africa. Du Toit, who has competed in three Commonwealth Games, believes the timing wasn't right to host the competition. Liverpool has expressed an interest in becoming the new host city.
