Eddie Jones: I take full responsibility for Ireland defeat
England head coach Eddie Jones says he takes "full responsibility" for his side's loss against Ireland in their Grand Slam decider.
Their 13-9 defeat in Dublin prevented England from claiming back-to-back Grand Slam titles and ended their 18-match winning run.
Jones' men still ended the tournament as Six Nations champions.
Asked if there were any problems in the build-up to the match, Jones replied: "Well everything was wrong with the preparation because we played like that so I take full responsibility for the loss."
