Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown says there is a lack of "direction and leadership" at the club under Arsene Wenger.

Wenger says he has reached a decision about his future and will announce whether he will remain at Arsenal "very soon".

Keown believes the uncertainty is affecting the players' performances. "I feel at the moment there is a lack of direction and leadership and that is where Arsene Wenger needs now to give some direction to the football club. Is he going? Is he staying?"
