Martin Schneider and Nicole Holberg were colleagues, both using a shared email system. After Martin accidentally started an email conversation using Nicole's email signature they decided to swap accounts and see how differently they would be treated if their clients though they were the opposite sex.

The results were quite surprising, as they explained to the 蜜芽传媒's Manuela Saragosa.
