Julie Hambleton's sister was killed in the Birmingham pub bombings in 1974. It has been reported the alleged perpetrators were members of the IRA but currently they remain unidentified.
Julie said: "Martin McGuinness was able to live a full life unlike my sister, unlike 20 other victims. With his death the truth is buried."
Commenting on a recent post-mortem report into her sister's death, Julie said: "That is hard to read. One of my worries is whether Maxine was still breathing? How long was she alive? It's just too hard to imagine."
