Horner: F1 needs to be 'modern day chariot racing'
Red Bull boss Christian Horner wants Formula One to get 'back to basics' and be less reliant on technology.
He says the new regulations are a step in the right direction but still wants further improvement, "I think we're a bit too heavily weighted towards the technology at the moment and we need to get back to basics a little bit. We need to re-inject the noise into the cars.
"Formula One absolutely needs to be driver and machine at their absolute limit in modern day chariot racing,' he added.
