Phil Tufnell gives Joe Root a grilling on his leadership style - even asking the new England Test captain how he would manage a young Tufnell, who was notoriously laid back.

Speaking on the Tuffers and Vaughan show, the former England spinner tries to get stuck in to Root, who shows he can handle the pressure.

Giving as good as he gets, Root suggests "he would have to wake [Tufnell] up first". He goes on to describe his captaincy style and says he will "find what comes naturally to him".
