De Boer: Dutch side play 'like 12-year-old boys'
Ajax A1's Assistant Manager Ronald de Boer thinks the Dutch national side have been in decline since the World Cup in 2014.
Speaking to 5 live's Mark Chapman on the Monday Night Club following the Netherlands' defeat against Bulgaria this week, he said the side had been on the demise for a number of years. Louis van Gaal has been linked to the club again after the Head Coach, Danny Blind was sacked.
He commented on the side's former successes on the world stage saying "what we achieved in Holland is exceptional. We were on top of world football for many years. There will be a generation again that will surprise the world again, but we have to be patient and realistic."
