Lancaster: 'I won't let failure define me'
Stuart Lancaster told 5 live sport that although he will always have England’s home World Cup failure on his CV he won’t let it define him.
After the 2015 World Cup and his departure from the role as Head Coach of England, he spent time travelling in the Southern Hemisphere and talking to various coaches.
He says that at 45, he ‘hopefully has lots of time left’, and is now part of the coaching staff at Irish side Leinster.
