To be or not to be - Shakespeare in South Africa's school system
The education minister in South Africa has announced that the teaching of Shakespeare in the country's secondary schools is up for review as part of efforts to "decolonialise" the education system. The opposition Democratic Alliance party has expressed concern. Dan Damon brought together its spokesman for education, Gavin Davis, and the spokesperson for the ministry, Elijah Mhlanga.
