Parish: 'Allardyce management style is very inclusive'
Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has hailed manager Sam Allardyce's influence at Crystal Palace, after his team's 2-1 win at league leaders Chelsea.
Parish said: "Sam's management style is very inclusive, he builds a team around him that do all the right things."
The chairman also revealed more about his dressing room visit following the 4-0 home defeat to Sunderland in early February.
"Emotions were running high...and there were just one or two things which I wanted to talk to them about..it doesn’t seem to have done any harm!" said Parish.
He also said that he thinks that Allardyce - who became Palace's boss after he was sacked as England manager - is now back on track working in club football with Crystal Palace.
