The munching moths threatening our heritage
English Heritage (a conservation charity) is warning that moths may be threatening furniture, clothes and rugs in some of England's historic houses. It says furnishings and fabrics that adorn its properties risk being clothes moths, such is their number. Now it is giving visitors free moth traps to take home, so it can get a better picture of the scale of the problem. Amber Xavier-Rowe is the Head of Collections Conservation for English Heritage. She told Dan Damon more about the project.
