Euan Blair: More to apprenticeships than factories
Euan Blair, son of former Prime Minister Tony Blair, says the new apprenticeship levy will change the way post-16 education works.
Speaking to Eddie Mair on Radio 4's PM programme, Mr Blair said it was "tough to say" whether his father's drive to get half of young people into university had been counterproductive.
