Body image

A recent fashion ad from Selfridges received complaints after some claimed the model used looked "unhealthily thin". But the Advertising Standards Authority said the model did not appear to be "significantly underweight". Do we have unrealistic standards of beauty and body shape, and if so, what is causing it?
