    Hitting Kathmandu's horn honkers
Horn-honking reaches deafening proportions on Nepali New Year, 14th April. But this year the Kathmandu authorities have announced a ban on vehicle horns for non-emergency purposes. So will the city return to a quieter, more bucolic soundscape? ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Nepali's Surendra Phuyal considers the question.
