Do sleep gadgets help you sleep better?
We’ve had clean eating, but now comes clean sleeping. Gwyneth Paltrow says sleeping well is even more important than eating well. For her, clean sleeping includes getting at least eight hours sleep a night, getting to bed by ten and keeping the bedroom really dark. But Gwyneth isn’t the only one with ideas for how to sleep well – there’s a whole sleep industry out there.
