Neil Robertson: Gaming addiction affected my career
The former world snooker champion Neil Robertson has told 蜜芽传媒 Radio 5 live that he has been battling with an addiction to computer games.
The 35-year-old Australian admitted that the problem affected the amount of time he spent practicing and may have cost him the chance to win many more titles.
Speaking to 5 live's George Riley, he said he had taken a "clean break" from gaming but could play for "twelve hours straight" if he turned the computer on.
"They can be the most fun thing in the world to be involved in", he said, "but they can really set you off on the wrong track in your career".
