'Tell someone': Meet the best friends breaking miscarriage taboos
Becci and Krystyna are best friends, and supported each other after their miscarriages.
They say talking to each other about the five miscarriages they have had between them helped them to heal - and now they want others to do the same.
Tommy's pregnancy research charity's #misCOURAGE campaign is urging women to tell their miscarriage stories, after research found that two-thirds of women don’t feel able to talk to anyone about it.
Becci said: “I didn’t feel like I could talk to anyone who hadn’t been through that situation.
“You need to tell someone, even if it’s your best friend - Krystyna was my hope.”
More than 200,000 miscarriages happen in the UK every year.
