UKIP spokesman: 'I'd be the first to pick fruit'
The UK Independence Party (UKIP) immigration spokesman has said he hopes to see "more British people brought back" into the fruit-picking business.
UKIP say they would cut net migration levels to zero within five years by almost halving immigration into the UK.
John Bickley told Radio 4's PM programme the five year period will give a lot of flexibility "to address labour market vagaries" and to ask UK employers to start employing British people again.
