'Hazard was like a discarded animal under Mourinho'
Alan Green says Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard 'was like a discarded animal' under former manager Jose Mourinho.
The commentator was discussing Chelsea being crowned Premier League champions and praised Antonio Conte's management style.
Green said: "There's one factor that I think is important, Conte's man-management.
"He's restored faith in Hazard who was like a discarded animal under Mourinho and that was appalling for such an outstanding player."
Mourinho was sacked by Chelsea in December 2015 after they lost nine of their 16 league games under him last season.
