The problem of buying something that doesn't fit you is one of the great drawbacks of shopping online. It's why so many people send clothes back. The scale of the problem is underlined by new research from shopping technology firm Metail. It's found two thirds of shoppers buying a size 8 garment end up with something that doesn't fit - most often because they go for something too small. So what can be done?
