If people are driving too fast down your road - how can you stop them? It's a long shot, but you could ask your council to lower the speed limit, or better - persuade them to install a speed camera. But one group of neighbours near Bridgend in South Wales have taken their own steps. They've installed their own - fake - speed camera, that looks just like the real thing. Vernon Harwood went to meet them.
