Premier League boss Richard Scudamore has confirmed there was never any prospect of the league moving Manchester United鈥檚 final fixture against Crystal Palace to help their Europa League challenge. United manager Jose Mourinho had claimed the Premier League 鈥渄oesn鈥檛 care鈥� about helping English sides in Europe and wanted the fixture moved to Saturday to allow an extra day鈥檚 preparation for the final. But Scudamore hit back arguing that to move the game was logistically difficult and also the final fixtures need to kick off at the same time to uphold the integrity of the league.
