Gloucestershire fruit farmers are worried they may run short of people to pick their fruit this year. The county's Apples and pears are almost entirely picked by people who come every year from Romania and Bulgaria. But a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ survey of fruit growers has found 50% fear running short this year.

Farmers say the fall in the pound has made Britain less attractive to migrant workers than countries who use the Euro.
