#OneLoveManchester: Marcus Mumford ‘honoured to be part of something beautiful’
Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester benefit concert attracted the largest television audience of 2017 so far, with an average of 10.9 million viewers tuning in. Stars including Coldplay, Katy Perry, Little Mix and Justin Bieber also performed at the gig, which raised money for victims and relatives of the Manchester arena terrorist attack a fortnight ago.
Mumford & Sons singer Marcus Mumford was the first to perform and told 5 live’s Tony Livesey he was “honoured to be part of something beautiful.â€
“I thought it was a brilliant response to a hard couple of weeks and I was just really glad to be a part of it.â€
