Emma Barnett asks a Conservative about their £23bn

Conservative candidate and Chief Secretary to the Treasury David Gauke was asked repeatedly by 5 live's Emma Barnett to explain how they are funding the £23 billion infrastructure pledge highlighted by the party on the last day of election campaigning.

Theresa May said on Wednesday that the money will be spent across the UK on projects including housing and R&D "fulfill the promise of Brexit".
