'Costa is trying to force his way out of Chelsea'
Chelsea striker Diego Costa is trying to "seize the agenda" and engineer a move away from the club, according to The Daily Telegraph's Jason Burt.
Costa, who won the Premier League title with Chelsea last season, says he has been told by manager Antonio Conte that he is no longer in the club's plans.
"By saying that Antonio Conte has basically dumped him by text message, it threatens the value of the player in terms of what Chelsea can now do," said Burt. "I think Costa is trying seize the agenda here. I think he is trying to force his way out basically to get the deal he wants."
