Measuring and dividing wax strips part 1

Lauretta, a beautician, is asked to prepare wax strips for the day’s clients. She needs to make smaller facial waxing strips from larger strips. To do this she measures the large 12 cm x 6 cm strip and works out how many 3 cm x 6 cm strips she can get from it. She works out how many large strips she needs to cut down by multiplying the number of clients in that day by the amount of strips each one needs. She then works out how many large strips are needed for the full leg wax clients by using the same method and finally, how many packs she needs to get from the stockroom when she knows that the strips come in packs of 20.
