We don't know how many died in Grenfell Tower in London. But we must know how the fire happened.

We may never know how many people died when Grenfell Tower in West London caught fire. But as sorrow turned to anger, the calls became more insistent. How could such a thing be allowed to happen in one of the richest countries in the world? Who's responsible? And when will they face justice?
