Working out timings for a circuit training session part 1
The manager of a gym has asked an employee to teach her own circuit training course. She must work out the structure based on various activities and timings. The class is 60 minutes long and she needs 10 minutes for a warm up and 5 minutes for a cool down, which leaves her with 45 minutes to plan. She then decides that 6 different activities is a good amount and makes a note of which ones she’d like. She then divides 45 by 6 and determines that leaves too much time on each station. She decides that each gym member should complete the circuit 3 times.
